Control Integration is part of the AHE group of companies. We provide electrical and electronic sensor-based systems to industry, primarily the hydraulics sector. We have over 30 years of hands-on engineering experience in the use and installation of sensors, from specification to installation.

What can we do for you?

Our service covers everything. We can help choose a sensor, and any associated equipment needed for installation such as the readout, controller, data logger. We can supply components only, or offer complete installation on-site. And what’s more, we are able to chose the best equipment, as we are not part of any manufacturer.

Control Integration advises on installation, and how to use your sensors for best results, either on-site or over the telephone. All of our work is fully documented and is all your property if you wish to run your own service and support. We are always here to back any sensor or equipment supplied, within warranty or not.

We take our responsibilities very seriously. All information is open, with no secrets or surprises; when we take on a job, we consider it very carefully and we will not commit to something unless we are able to give 100% service.

What technologies do we cover?

We deal in temperature, rotary position and speed, load weighing and force, pressure measurement, linear displacement, level sensing, magnetic, capacitive sensor/switches and all the associated fittings, readout and control equipment. For sensor testing and qualification we use an independent calibration house to ensure everything is correct.

We are able to offer a complete control system, with the most up-to-date controllers and processor technology. But sometimes a very simple button on/off system is all that’s required, and again we can supply the complete control box to your requirement. We can also partner our electronics knowledge with the experience of Allen Hydraulic Equipment (AHE) Ltd to supply complete packaged hydraulic systems, ready to use.

Why use Control Integration?

You’ll like working with us. We are a company which listens to your requirement, commits to a job, and completes the job without asking for more money or inventing problems. We know that when starting a project there are always unknowns which will arise, but we will find a way to resolve any issues. We have never left an application without a completely satisfied customer.

Morten Moller, the founder of the company, is directly involved and in the front line. There’s no middle management to negotiate. We have many contacts throughout the industry and therefore able to draw on a lot of knowledge and information. We will not pass you around between different people – when we receive a job, one of the team will become totally responsible for that job and will oversee all the work from the design to software, machining, wiring etc., to installation.

Who are the Control Integration team?

Morten Moller, our managing director, has over 30 years’ front-line experience with your technology. His monthly engineering advice column in Industrial Technology magazine, starting back in the 1990s, made him one of the best-known figures in the UK sensors and instrumentation field. Morten’s CV includes extensive spells at companies such as Control Transducers, Lee-Dickens and Sensor-Technik UK.

Lesley and Mike Allen run our parent company, Allen Hydraulic Engineering Ltd, and the two companies have known each other for twenty years. Their services complement ours perfectly. There are not many hydraulic companies which have proper electrical support and can help customers find a single source solution. Together, we can.

Who are Control Integration’s customers?

We supply to engineers and we help resolve engineering issues. Our customers often follow us as they move employers themselves. Recent projects have included supplying sensors and systems to the medical industry, and for Airbus wing testing, heavy lifting, building industry pre-stressing, factory automation, factory production equipment, on- and off-road vehicles, military, railway, and steel making applications. Our systems work specialises in control of hydraulic equipment, but we’ve been involved in many other applications. Customers are found all over the UK and Ireland.
